None of the meal plans or exercise program’s given by Mark Tonner should be undergone without the approval from your doctor and/or physician. There may be risks associated with undergoing Mark Tonner’s programs especially if you currently have any pre existing health issues or are currently at a poor fitness level. Because these risks exist, you will not and cannot participate in any of Mark Tonner’s meal plans or training programs, no exceptions.
